Gluten Free Country Store, has been open for about 6 months and is there to serve the local gluten-free community. The company’s tag line of ‘no more label shopping’ couldn’t be more effective because everything in the store is gluten free and they have a nice selection. They have shelf-stable products, refrigerated and frozen. They have an impressive selection of bagged flour and other baking products. They carry products from: Mixes From the Heartland, Pamela’s Products, Glutino, Erewhon, Bakery on Main, Kinnikinnick, Full Flavor Foods, Udi’s and more.
